The Training Management Module allows for the configuration and management of various training programs, including training types, venues, and both internal and external training. It also provides support for adding training details, images, tracking attendees, sending invitations via email, and printing participation certificates and also provides reporting.

Training Dashboard
A dedicated dashboard gives trainers and managers three scopes My Trainings, My Team (org-chart subordinates), and All Trainings (managers only) with card-level stats, a top-trainings list, a training-type distribution chart, a monthly trend chart, and venue utilization, all filterable from a single panel.
User Access Rights
This module includes access rights management, allowing you to restrict user permissions according to your organizational hierarchy.
Training Configuration
You can configure various training programs, and also configure invitation letters and certificates for participants.
Training Types Management
We can configure different training types.
Venue Management
We can configure different venues for the training.
Internal & External Training Support
We can configure training for internal and external participants.
Training Schedule
We can add training schedules like date & time, description and responsible person.
Training Details & Images
We can add summary and images related to the training.
Note Sheet
This shows steps like Created, Scheduled, Certificate Printed, Done ,Cancelled. Notes can be added or edited only by the logged-in user, while others can only view them.
Attendees Tracking
We can track whether the attendees are internal or external.
Email Invitations
We can send invitation emails to participants.
Certificate Generation
We can generate certificates for the participants based on their attendance.
Configurable Certificate Borders and Watermark
We can customize borders and watermark for the certificate in the settings.
Reporting
Generate detailed reports on training sessions, including training type, internal participants and external participants.
Trainings Dashboard
Overview of trainings and participants, upcoming and draft trainings, top trainings, trainings by type and venue utilisation.
Trainings
All trainings with type, dates, venue, sponsor, tags and status.
Training Details
